Please review and agree to these terms before purchasing tickets to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Behavior
We maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
Age Requirments
All participants must be 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry to all our mingling events and date nights.
Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future event if notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Attire
We recommend smart casual attire for most events. Specific dress codes for themed date nights will be communicated via email prior to the event date.
Event Policies
Liability Waiver
By purchasing tickets and attending our events, you (the 'Participant') acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in Simply Mingling events. These include, but are not limited to, physical injury, emotional distress, and property damage. Lost or stolen items The Participant agrees to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Simply Mingling, its organizers, volunteers, and partners venues from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in event activities.
The Participant further understands that Simply Mingling provides a platform for social interaction and is not responsible for the conduct or actions of other guests. Participants are expected to behave respectfully and adhere to all venue rules. Simply Mingling reserves the right to remove any individual from the event without a refund if their conduct is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or hazardous to others.
This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina. By checking the agreement box, the Participant confirms they have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and understand that they are giving up substantial rights by agreeing to it.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at all Simply Mingling events. This includes, but is not limited to, firearms, knives, pepper spray, tasers, and any other item that could be considered dangerous or used as a weapon. Guests found in possession of a weapon may be denied entry or removed from the event without refund. Exceptions may only be made for on-duty law enforcement, as permitted by applicable law and with prior written approval.
Confirm Agreement
The Participant acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in Simply Mingling events, including physical injury and property damage. By proceeding, you agree to release Simply Mingling from all liability and confirm you have read the full waiver terms.
